Heirloom taco is located in the “old fire station” in the heart of Jacksonville. We believe that our location is perfect for our concept because we want to be a neighborhood place and appeal to the locals as well as the students of JAX State. Our tortillas are the star of the show, in our minds, they are a true labor of love. Our corn tortillas begin with whole heirloom maiz and go through a 12 hour process to create our tortillas (gluten-free). Our flour tortillas are made from fresh dough and hand-rolled to order.
