Five stars all the way. Dr. Young's office (the Regional Dental Center) has the best staff hands down. There is a peds side and an adult side. My kids have always gone here and I have just recently been added as a patient, and the staff is always friendly and respectful regardless of how I may look or feel that day... (You know how it is). It is very clean and the littles have plenty to do while they wait (which is never very long mind you). They do amazing with the children and adults, and spectacular with dental emergencies. Honestly, not a single complaint.
Amazing every time, I go! I always get greeted at the door and my wait time is never more than 10-15 min.
The greatest dentist EVER! The staff is so welcoming, offering bottled water/Keurig Coffee and freshly baked cookies with a smile in the waiting area, the atmosphere is very happy and upbeat, you totally forget that you are at the dentist! Not to mention all of the new technology, they are really up to date with all of their equipment and techniques, all the way around this is definitely the place to be for your dental needs, 5 STARS!
